Acetaminophen (Tylenol)

Each dose will last 4-6 hours. Use weight if possible. Always use the dropper or cup provided with the bottle.

Vaccine Schedule

Birth:  Hep B (at hospital)

2 mos:  Pediarix, Prevnar, Hib,  Rotarix

4 mos: Pediarix, Prevnar, Hib, Rotarix

6 mos: Pediarix, Prevnar 

12 mos: Varicella, MMR, Prevnar, Hep A

15 mos:  DtaP,  Hib

2 yrs: Hep A

4 yrs: MMR, Varicella, IPV, DtaP (combined into 2 shots)

10 yrs: Boostrix, Menactra, HPV

16 yrs: Menactra, Bexsero

18: Boostrix, Bexsero

Flu vaccines given starting age 6 mos, then yearly thereafter.
